Can window film reduce my energy bills?

Will window film help with Ultra violet related health problems?
There are many health problems caused by the suns harmful ultra violet rays (U.V). Window film reduces these harmful rays by over 99%, helping to reduce the effects of U.V related skin complaints. Llumar window film has achieved a seal of recommendation from the skin care foundation.
How strong is window film?
Windows are a weak entry point into any vehicle, house or building, security and safety films applied to any glazing will increase the strength making it very hard to break, helping to deter an intruder from gaining entry, even when broken glass will be held together, occupants in a vehicle would be protected from flying glass injury in the event of a road accident.
Some films on the market can even withstand explosions.
Is window film legal on vehicle windows?
As from the 1st January 2004 all vehicles must have a minimum of 70% visual light transmission (VLT) to the front windows. Most modern vehicles are supplied with lightly tinted windows, clear safety can still be applied to the front windows, to increase security.
Will tints keep my dog cool in a car?
